Project: Two-Year Limited Services / Construction Engineering Inspection Services Richmond District - District Wide Contract I
Location: Richmond District
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for Richmond District providing construction engineering inspection under a fixed billable rate contract. The contract will be for a two year contract period with optional two one-year renewable terms. The proposed two-year contract will have a total maximum compensation not to exceed $4,000,000.00 per term.
Maximum Value: $4,000,000 per term

Project: Consultant Engineering Inspection Services for Avens Bridge Replacement Project and the Route 58 Project (Bristol District Project Specific Contract I)
Location: Bristol District

Project: Two-year Limited Services Statewide, Subsurface Utility Designation and Location Term Contract
Location: Statewide - Virginia
Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering and/or surveying firms who wish to be considered to provide all types of subsurface utilities services and survey services on an as-needed basis. The proposed two-year limited services statewide term contract with optional two (2) one-year renewable terms will have a maximum value of $5,000,000.00 per term and will be administered by the Survey Program Manager in the Central Office, Location and Design Division. It is anticipated that three (3) contracts will be awarded under the “multiple award” procurement process.

Location – 1202 and 1204 South Washington Street, Alexandria
Description – VDOT is soliciting Expresions of Interest from individuals, firms or organizations interested in purchasing the Hunting Point on the Potomac Apartmnet complex and property located at 1202 and 1204 South Washington Street in Alexandria Virginia, which was purchased in connection with the Woodrow Wilson Bridge replacement project.

Location – City of Fairfax
Description – The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Transportation, is requesting proposals (RFP) from prequalified right of way consulting firms that wish to be considered for providing services necessary for the acquisition of rights of way on Project 0007-029-128, RW201.
