U.S. Geological Survey’s NSS
This replaces their NFF package for performing peak discharge calculations for un-gaged streams.
It includes the latest rural regression equations for Virginia. This can be downloaded from the following location: http://water.usgs.gov/software/NSS/. Be sure to download the accompanying Microsoft
ACCESS data base which is required to run NSS. A user manual for the new software is also available. -
