New Macros to use inside Microstation

1. A new macro has been created to change the project numbers and sheet numbers on crossection sheets created with 97+ versions of IGrds.  The name of this macro is xslabel.ba and it can be downloaded from the FTP server (/download/macros directory). There is also a Word document in the same directory that provides instructions on using the macro (xslabel.doc). 

2. A new macro has been created to help in the production of general notes sheets. The name of this macro is gnote.ma. and it can be downloaded from the FTP server (/download/macros directory).  There is also a Word document in the same directory that provides instructions on using the macro (gnote.doc).  This macro replaces the old user command.
