• CD-2007-6:  Use of DBEs and SWAM Firms was distributed on July 27, 2007.
  Some of the changes mentioned in the CD are:
  Form C-63

  Is submitted quarterly

  Disallowed credit will not be required

  Will include payments to SWAMs

  Is form fill it
  Form C-63A has been eliminated.
  Prime Contractor will not receive DBE participation credit until DBE firms have received full payment.
  DBE progress narrative required in lieu of DBE progress schedule.
