Vendor Registration

To do business with the Virginia Department of Transportation, vendors must register by completing a Bidder’s/ Offeror’s Mailing List Application.

Our automated procurement system selects vendors from our mailing list based on the commodities/services for which they have registered. Whenever a formal solicitation is issued, a minimum of six vendors will be solicited on a random basis from those registered for that commodity. In addition, a copy will be posted on a bid board, 1st Floor, 1201 E. Broad St., Richmond VA.

The application may be printed, filled out and sent to the Procurement  Division. It also may be obtained by calling (804) 371-2598.
